Ashley Cooper, M.OT, OT Reg.Occupational Therapist
Ashley Cooper, Occupational Therapist is one of our senior therapists and has experience working with children of all ages for over a decade. She has been an active member of our team since 2015.
She has completed a variety of professional education and workshops in:
- Oral Placement Therapy (Level 2)
- Therapeutic Listening
- The SOS Feeding Approach
- The Zones of Regulation
- CME Level 1
- Handwriting Without Tears
- Astronaut Protocol & Reflex Integration.
Ashley’s speciality includes working with children with diagnosis such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Learning Disabilities, ADHD/ADD, Global Developmental Delay, Trisomy 21, Sensory Processing Disorder, Rett’s Syndrome, and fine and gross motor delay. Ashley emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach with her clients, working closely in collaboration with all team members and the family. Ashley is passionate about supporting children to achieve independence by focusing on all aspects of well-being – social, environment, physical, and psychological.
Outside of the therapy room, Ashley enjoys spending time with her pup Frankie and heading up north to a lake.
